Reduce Plastics in our Oceans

In this project students study the global problem of plastic pollution in our oceans. By applying eduSTEM’s design thinking process students research and develop an understanding of the causes of plastic pollution in our oceans and the ways that it impacts a range of stakeholders such as local fisherman, marine biologists and our wider environment. Having identified the causes of the problem, students then design, prototype and build a technological solution that will be provided to a real world audience.

Save Our Oceans includes student workbooks; teacher lesson plans; teacher classroom presentation; and, teacher training.
